Un peu de promo, pour un site photo sublime, Shorpy. Shorpy nous propose de vieilles photos argentiques des USA depuis la guerre de secession à 1960. Le site propose des versions haute résolution en visualisation, chose trop rare sur les site d’archive photos. Globalement chaque photos est une grosse claque visuel, attention après la visite du « all of fame » les larmes de sang viennent toutes seules.
Les photos sont de toute beauté, je vous conseil vivement un ctrl D dans votre bookmark.

Du gros voir du très très gros le 13 novembre. C’est ce que Jim nous promet :
– We will announce the new Scarlet and Epic programs on Thursday Nov. 13th. I want to say that no one has any idea how incredible this announcement will be. Call this hype… please. I am quite sure that the announcement will be called a « scam ». Should be a lot of fun to hear the reactions. I can’t wait.
- Jarred is buying extra server bandwidth… we will post specs and renders for people to email around. This makes the RED ONE announcement seem small by comparison.
- I want to spill the beans sooooooooooo bad.

- We have set our sights high and have learned a lot in the past month or so. We aim to make you proud of your belief in RED. This is the biggest, most exciting and incredible thing I have ever been involved in. Really great stuff. I am confident that you will be pleased.

Il y a des matins qui font vraiment plaisir, putain vivement novembre, allez octobre te te grouille de mourir, hop hop hop novembre presse toi…..
- « Both RED Epic and Scarlet have changed. I think you will be quite surprised at what we have done. I said in an earlier post that « the market had changed ». I didn’t mean that others have changed the market… I meant that we had with these two models. That will be much clearer early November. »
